Cost Breakdown by Item (Material / Labour / Bought-Out)
Material Cost by Grade
Selling Price Composition (Direct Cost → Overheads → Margin)
Aggregated across every registered item.
Equipment Register
One row per equipment item. Add a row, choose modules/material/accessories from the dropdowns (sourced live from Master Rates), and every downstream sheet recalculates automatically. Item Code is assigned by the database when a row is created. Changes here save immediately and sync to your whole team.
| Code | Description | Length (mm) | Width (mm) | Height (mm) | Shelves | Sinks | Module 1 | Module 2 | Module 3 | Bending Detail | Material | Thk (mm) | Accessory 1 | Accessory 2 | Qty | Remarks |
|---|
Quotation
Rolls up Material + Labour + Bought-Out into Direct Cost, applies Factory Overhead / Packing & Forwarding / Freight / Contingency / Margin from Master Rates, and produces the Unit and Total Selling Price. Click any row for the full cost breakdown.
| Code | Description | Material ₹ | Labour ₹ | Bought-Out ₹ | Direct Cost ₹ | Factory OH ₹ | P&F ₹ | Freight ₹ | Contingency ₹ | Cost of Prod. ₹ | Margin ₹ | Qty | Unit Price ₹ | Total Price ₹ |

Master Rates
The single rate card and the single source for every dropdown in this tool. Add or remove a row in any block and it flows everywhere immediately — no other tab needs to change. Every edit here saves straight to the shared database.

Legacy Benchmark
Enter your old / manual quotation price per item to see variance ₹ and % against this tool's computed price. Flagged "HIGHER"/"LOWER" beyond ±5%.

How this tool works
This is a cloud-connected conversion of the ACE Master Costing Module spreadsheet. It reads and writes a shared Supabase database in real time, so everyone on your team who signs in sees the same equipment register, rates and quotations — changes appear for other users within a second or two, no refresh needed.
Workflow
- Master Rates — set your material ₹/kg, labour ₹/hr, bought-out rates, overhead/margin %, module labour-hour drivers, bending area factors and accessory dropdown options. Everything else reads from here.
- Equipment Register — add one row per item: dimensions, module selections, material, thickness, accessories and quantity.
- Quotation — see the full cost roll-up for every item. Click a row for the detailed breakdown.
- Dashboard — live KPI cards and charts summarizing everything above.
- Legacy Benchmark — compare against an old/manual price.
Key calculation logic (matches the original workbook)
- Component Costing: Top Area = Length(m) × Width(m). Shelf Area = Top Area × No. of Shelves. Total Developed Area = (Top Area + Shelf Area) × Bending Area Factor. Weight (kg) = Total Developed Area × Thickness(mm) × Density(kg/m³) / 1000. Material Cost = Weight × Rate(₹/kg).
- Process Labour: Cutting/Bending/Welding/Polish/Assembly hours = sum of the driver hours for whichever of Module 1/2/3 are selected. QC hours is a fixed 0.15 hr per item, costed at Master Rates ₹/hr, and summed to Total Labour Cost.
- Bought Outs: Accessory 1 & 2 cost from their Master Rates unit rate (feet/wheel accessories multiply by the "Accessory qty" assumption). "WITH LEGS" adds a leg-set cost, "WITH ANGLES" adds an angle-frame cost, "WITH WHEELS" adds heavy-duty wheels unless a wheel accessory is already selected. Sink cost = No. of Sinks × Sink Bowl Fabrication Allowance.
- Quotation: Direct Cost = Material + Labour + Bought-Out. Factory OH / Packing & Forwarding / Freight / Contingency are each a % of Direct Cost. Cost of Production = Direct Cost + those four. Margin = Cost of Production × Margin %. Unit Selling Price = Cost of Production + Margin. Total Selling Price = Unit Price × Qty.
Accounts & access
Anyone who creates an account and confirms their email can sign in and see/edit the shared data — there's no separate per-user workspace. If you want to restrict who can sign up, that's controlled from your Supabase project's Authentication settings.
